When using the value param for Payment System's some we get invalid number's.
Example: FedPy.Currency().in_circulation("value")
output for $500 to $10,000 column: $03000000000

Cleaning code, fixing error prone code, replacing bad code with best practices.

Looking for someone to play around with FedPy trying out all the features and thinking of way's this library could be better for the end user. Need unbiased feedback, so I can't do this myself, but this is a great first task for anyone looking to contribute to this project.

Feedback should include what you like, what you don't like, if you think anything is missing, and suggestion's to help improve FedPy.
