First of all many thanks for this code. I incorporated this into an app a few years ago and it was exactly what I was looking for - a way for the user to select a directory from the phone's storage to use as a storage folder for the app's files.
I've recently noticed that, on Android v7, the code no longer displays the /storage/emulated/0 folder on the phone. I set my starting directory (m_sdcardDirectory in DirectoryChooserDialog) to "/storage", and the alert dialog correctly lists the subdirectories as:

6234-6531 (the external SD card)
emulated 
self

...but when I click on "emulated" I don't see the "0" folder that I was expecting - just a blank list. Does this code require additional permissions in order to access /storage/emulated/0 on Android v7?
