For going open source, legal has indicated that copyright marks are not necessary in every module (python source file) provided that we have it at the main level in the LICENSE file.

@PipKat, I'm just going to go through and remove this since I can use emacs to write a macro and do this.

That's not so easy to do. I'll keep myself assigned to this task, but I'd like both of us to work on this. Please see the work on #23

@akaszynski I've removed the Disclaimers. I agree that they are not needed. I'd started already last week to work on it. Now it is in the master. I'll continue working on Docstrings
