While trying to test sbcli using APBs in OpenShift online, we don't seem to have permissions to update the pod label. The last operation should do one of the following:

1. if it gets an error, log it but go into degraded mode and no longer update the status
2. allow a parameter to disable it that I can pass to the apbs so I can tell it never to do that

Following the installation instruction (ansible-galazy install ...) fails. It appears that this failure occurs because ansibleplaybookbundle.asb-modules is not in https://galaxy.ansible.com

using an older broker results in apb's failing to bind with the error:

fatal: [localhost]: FAILED! => {"changed": false, "msg": "Error attempting to get name/namespace from environment: 'POD_NAME'"}

This can be reproduced by building an apb using
FROM ansibleplaybookbundle/apb-base:latest in the Dockerfile and using docker.io/awsservicebroker/aws-service-broker:latest image (based on ansible service broker at the time of origin 3.7 release).

From what I can see it looks like the issue was introduced in a81eac2 it might be better to try to get the name/namespace and if that fails revert to the old bind behavior.
