Data on Functional Protein-Protein Interaction Networks of Mycobacterium tuberculosis manually curated from literature. The second file is a standard MITAB format for sharing PPFI datasets for interoperability and subsequent data analysis Cytoscape was used to compute Betweenness centrality values from the data.
