Currently, the scroll event attacks the document global variable and attaching an eventListener to window. This is not handled correctly according to React logic.

Update it using React's OnScroll event.

Use Json files to hydrate page contents so they can be easily updated without touching the code when necessary.

There are lots of functionalities directly attacking the DOM. This may lead to unexpected behavior and it does not comply to React standards.
Fix them all.
