We need to modify the Scheduler code so as to incorporate correct scheduling and unscheduling mechanism.

This task will change service to a service factory so that different schedulers can be scheduled for different folders

This will include an initial project structure to be pushed

The README.MD should include the following -

1. About the project
2. Steps to use
3. How to build
4. How to open issues
5. How to contribute

Create an OSGi configuration for the watch scheduler. This configuration should include the following fields

1. Cron Expression - which will determine the frequency of the scheduler to run
2. Watcher Folder Path - the path of the folder on the local file system which needs to be watched
3. Path in JCR - the path in the AEM DAM where the user wants to save files

The watch scheduler will have the capability of watching a specified folder at a specified time and add/modify/delete the files to/from the AEM DAM (JCR)
