This is not a pipe.
Pipe is just a repo with shared configs, we put there all the configs that are shared among the v2 repos (eg. di.js, diary.js)

Maybe I'm poking around where I shouldn't, but how exactly are we supposed to use pipe/karma? It expects a config object with a .set method, but I don't understand where this object is supposed to come from in the gulpfile. Or am I misunderstanding all this?

My guess is that this has something to do with the fact that I'm running this on Windows 8.1. I was attempting to get di.js up and running by executing npm install. I received the following error info:

There should be a shared dgeni configuration which all Angular 2 projects can begin using to generate documentation. See https://github.com/angular/http/issues/32
The build of angular/http is throwing an error ret.errors is undefined at line 43 of index.js in vojtajina's #traceur-latest.
github:vojtajina/gulp-traceur#traceur-latest is at 0.2.0, whereas sindresorhus/gulp-traceur is at 0.17.1. The angular/http build works for me when I switch to:
