Build error: "My Project" folder is missing

The "My Project" folder is missing in both the AniLife and Anilfe.API projects. I am attempting to build against .NET 4.8, since the versions AniLfe builds against by default are deprecated. Apart from the .NET version, all other build settings have not been changed. I should note that a few other files and folders are missing, including the "AniLife\UI\AdvancedInputBox" folder

Here is the relevant section of the build log:

error BC2001: file 'C:\Users\055642\Documents\src\AniLife\Source Code\AniLife\My Project\AssemblyInfo.vb' could not be found
error BC2001: file 'C:\Users\055642\Documents\src\AniLife\Source Code\AniLife\My Project\MyExtensions\MyWpfExtension.vb' could not be found
error BC2001: file 'C:\Users\055642\Documents\src\AniLife\Source Code\AniLife\My Project\Resources.Designer.vb' could not be found
error BC2001: file 'C:\Users\055642\Documents\src\AniLife\Source Code\AniLife\My Project\Settings.Designer.vb' could not be found

Initial Setup Issue

Using the latest release when I launch the program I'm greeted with the initial setup page, I click the arrow, and then these two boxes pop up, I am not sure what to do here. Pressing OK or cancel seems to just cycle through the boxes again.
