Allow export of the calendar via CalDAV, would allow people to integrate the calendar in their CalDAV client: Outlook. Apple Calendar, and others.

Im using Jira v5.0.6 and Jira v5.2.2 and I want to restrict the use of the calendar (to some groups). I "Configure Simple Calendar" for a specific groups (in both Jira servers), then logout and still everyone logged can see and create calendars.

Currently it is defaulting to ID and summary + anything selected.

I try to change the Calendars color but it doesn't save the updates.
Is this a bug?

In the share list of a calendar, I have only groups created before the Simple Calendar plugin installation (I think).
Is it possible to refresh this list ? I have not tried to desinstall and reinstall Simple Calendar because I'm afraid to loose existing calendars...

Allow to create calendar for Version due dates for selected projects

I notice that if I have multiple issues occurring on a given day, the dates don't always appear to sort correctly on the Month or Week views. The Day view does sort them correctly. There doesn't seem to be a pattern to it. Some days look fine. Doesn't seem to correlate with whether an issue spans multiple days or not. Running most recent version of Simple Calendar on Jira 5.2.6

When I click on the time in dates feature, I see the numeric values for the time stamps. Perhaps the sorting of these values is related?
