Vignette build failure (prostate.Rmd)
Vignette building generated errors that halted installation.
This occurred where the package lmvar (used in the prostate vignette) was not available/installed.
It turns out lmvar has been removed from CRAN as of 2023-04-05 (info obtained from: https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/lmvar/index.html)
Model offset
Handling model offsets throughout dCVnet is a work in progress. Some functions have offset arguments, but these do not yet necessarily work and have not (yet) been tested.
Relaxed fit
Currently glmnet's relaxed fit is not supported by dCVnet. More dev time is required to get this working correctly.
dCVnet for outcomes other than binary logistic...
...are work in progress.
Some low-level functions work, but the full nested cross-validation and evaluation of performance is still to be implemented.
