Hi,

I've implemented the dependent option set PCF, as this gives the clearly missing functionality back into Dynamics 365 & Power Platform.

However, I've noticed that the field doesn't lock based on the records status. For example used on an Opportunity Form any user can edit the value of the field with the control applied when the Opportunity is in a Won/Lost state.

I've implemented a workaround using an RT Workflow to cancel with an error should that field change and the status not equal Open. However, if it could be locked on closed records that would be great.

Ignore this - I realised that there were typos in my config file!

I almost got it implemented in league with what is listed in steps # 1 thru 9.

I created a configuration web resource in league with step # 4 that contains the following:

However, as soon as I get to the part when I must select the configuration property, that is where both version 1.0.0.0 and 1.0.0.1 do not align with what is in the instructions.

The expectation per step # 9 is that I can Insert the webresource name you created in step 4 into the "Configuration" property. as shown below.

However, the reality is that I am forced to choose a field on the form and have no mechanism to select a web resource.

The SingleLine.Text type is the only option that I can select for the configuration, and it does not enumerate or make available the web resource field that I need to use.

I am only able to select a text field for use in the configuration as shown below.

Am I missing something?
