Update the comments in the code.

Update the README.md file with a description plus a tutorial on how to do things.

In model StateMachineModelFromFiles.xls

supervisor1: event 32 in the state 0 leads to state 3 instead of 1.
supervisor2: event 11 in the state 0 leads to state 3 instead of 1.

It is possible to access and configure the StateMachine class in a Simulink block if all the arguments are supported as a parameter in the Simulink block. Then, it is necessary to transform or encode the array of State objects, one of the input arguments, before pass it as a parameter.

Change the StateMachine class to create the state machine with no argumentos, 2 or 3 arguments.
We have:

stateMachine = StateMachine( statesArray, transitions, eventsArray);

Change to be able to:

stateMachine = StateMachine;
stateMachine = StateMachine( statesArray, transitions);

• Organize the model with loaded data for real time simulation.

Create a simuilink model to test the code in a function block.

The repository is separated into src and test folders. The src has the bug-fixed files while the test, all the testing files and possible upgrades.

The state machine should load data from the auto-generated reports of the TCT.
All the possible events of the state machines can be read from .ADS file;
All the transitions, events that change or not the state can be read from the .PDS file;
All the disabled events in the state can be read from the .PDT file.

Once these are auto-generated files, it is suppose that they have fixed format for the version of the client application (TCT).

The parameter StateMachine.eventsArray, which is an array with numbers from the events, is detached from the size of the State.activeEvents. They must be of the same size.

Build a size-matcher function for those two variables that outputs error messages when a mismatch occurs.

The current default state is selected as the first element in the cell array. Change to sort the cell array elements and choose the first as the lowest number array.

The transitions property of StateMachine class determine the next state according to an event. Up to now, the next state is registered in the property stateNumber as soon as the number is found in the transitions. Hence, there is a case where a transition matrix has state numbers that no state has. So, an upgrade of the class to avoid these mismatch.
