Log user in to keybase.io so that the program can perform operations with keybase through API.

Menu item for selecting a file for decryption. Should provide a file selection box that lets the user select the file.

Menu item that will navigate default browser to their profile @ keybase.io

Menu item for selecting a file for encryption. Should provide a file selection box that encrypts the file and saves it to disk with the appropriate extension. Recipient should be selected in this process as well.

The program should expose itself in systray on all popular DE and WM, probably using GTK wrappers.

• Splash screen while I/O operations run at startup. We fade splash screen as soon as program is ready.
