Goal

Coach should support the ability to capture supersets where one movement ican be tied to multiple exercises. The sets should be toggleable between the different exercises.

Implementation Details

• Exercises in Movement model might need to be an array
• Visually differentiating rep schemes might be difficult with the current tabular format

Goal

Variability is key. Users should be able to configure a Movement to change the prescribed exercise once every x weeks.

Sample Use Case

I want to alternate between Overhead Tricep Extension and Dips on certain days

Allow users to configure rest time for a movement.

Implementation Details

• Rest times are configurable at the user level
• Maybe this can be extrapolated into a user preferences table - a giant JSON blob
• What would querying look like for this?

Users should be able to group multiple routines together as a program.

Programs might adhere to some sort of progression scheme
