also add file to the .gitignore automatically such that users dont accidentally commit their twitter access keys and things

this could be helpful so that everytime you add auto-tweeting to a repository you dont have to look up those 4 api keys, instead they can be saved somewhere and just linked to a profile name, sort of like an ~/.aws/credentials type thing
