I've tried your code and it worked well on my colleague's phone (xiaoMi 9 or higher level)
but it didn't work on my HuaWei Honour （Android 10）and I tried the solution you have offered in above issues. didn't work either

I've searched on the Internet and it shows this function depends on not only API level but phone hardware

Is the app only for preview or even for recording the video?

I have gone through your repo and it was working fine but the texture views are stretched and they change the view when rotating the mobile.
Can you please solve it out or help me out to solve it after that I will create a PR for as well.

Able to work with single camera only.
Tried reordering the code but only one first camera is working.

Getting this error:
CameraService::connect call (PID -1 "com.ananth.frontrearcamera", camera ID 0) for HAL version default and Camera API version 2
05-07 16:39:24.201 E/CameraService( 1084): CameraService::connect X (PID 22604) rejected (existing client(s) with higher priority).

Getting this error on opening the second camera.

What device did you use? I'm using Huawei mate 30 and only one camera preview works.
