PowerUp - Gfx

When getting a new PowerUp, make it so the density periodically "blinks" of the 
color of the selected PowerUp.

Reopen App Crash

Game crashes when reopening app somethimes. Just hangs on a black screen

Asset sizes

Change sizes of stuff for different resolutions, in special the joysticks.
REMEMBER that the FloatBuffers are the ones who define the size in the end.

Out of bounds exception on: LoadPlayers

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Added a "Log" every render frame to test something unrelated.
2. Run the game for a while
3. Exception.

Menu button

When doing:
Menu + back, the game stays paused. Make it not so.

Make the map appear just as it loads, not with 3 seconds of delay.

Discriminate phones

Edit anddriod.xml so we discriminate agains phones of 1.6 that have no 
trackball.

Density stuck on edges

Somtimes there is very little density stuck on some edges, so a defeated player 
is not really defeated cause you cant find the last little density

Make maps for the 3 resolutions, the icon for the gallery, the actual image for 
the game, and the  raw file with the map data.
