• FFMPEG : Bundled with webapp (binaries located at lie_to_me\apps)

• Mac OS running Python 3.5+ (64bit)
• Windows running Python 3.5+ (64bit)

ON COMMAND LINE

pip install -r requirements.txt
python application.py
