To PNG: the circles appear too low in horizontal separators (look fine in vertical ones).
To SVG: the circles do not appear at all.

To reproduce:

1. Place a fence at some vertical cell.
2. Place a curtain in the cell right below it, and stretch the curtain to the first cell during placement.

Expected behavior: the curtain appears on both cells, and the fence is removed.
What happens: the fence and the curtain co-exist on the same cell.
