Since there is no requirements.txt to list dependencies, I tried to manually install them based on imports. In particular, I installed telebot using pip install telebot but it seems in the recent version, it doesn't have types.

Any idea?

I have installed this one:

What programs do I need and what are the steps to do it?

Documentation provided on Medium is not complete. It seems lots of media are not shown. I couldn't find any archived version on web.archive.org as well. If you have the documentation elsewhere, please share.
