About this project

This application serves as a reminder to take breaks and avoid eye strain and fatigue caused by overworking. I developed it to help protect your eyes and ensure that you take regular rest intervals.

Previously, I used other applications for this purpose, but unfortunately, they are no longer free. That's why I decided to create a free application with limited features. If you have any suggestions for improving the software, please feel free to contact me.
