Notify the 403 error

When a 403 Forbidden error occurs, there is a problem that the user can not know the reason why it is not displayed.
When 403 is detected, it needs to be displayed on the screen with a message.

Add function to exclude forked repositories.

I would like to add the following functions.

Ability to exclude forked repositories
To determine if the repository is a fork, we refer to the forks flag in JSON.
Ability to exclude repositories that do not contribute when including forks
From JSON in the repository list, we obtain a commit history from each repository and exclude those without commit.
This process requires a lot of requests and there are many experimental elements.

It is still under consideration.
