I do everything like you said and also download a new one net.framework but after i enable the program and my laptop restarts in AntiLag i have no changes and everytime its only ENABLE button, any fixes?

Back up does not restore settings which I had, only ones coder thinks were default. So, what exactly this program do so I could manually revert settings it broke for me?
