Adding blood removing

Hi! I'm playing EFT on my pc with old videocart (Radeon HD 6670) and when i get Blood effect my game crashes. Pls add this in plugin.

Mod not being loaded

The mod is installed properly and is in the right folder. The aki server isn't even detecting it but it is detecting another mod (Image below)

I am using a save file from the bleeding edge version of spt that i played on until official release
