additional UI feature

make the text interface a bit nicer

• put spaces between prompts
• divide out requests with some dividers
• fix tabbing to distribute spacing evenly with get users

move client connect code into function that can be called and return client connection. Tries client connection for every Enter and stops if user enters ctrl-c

exiting from the client using ctrl-c prevents the sign-out message from being sent to the server. Need to catch the ctrl-c as an input and call sign out rpc.
