Should we have instances for FromCollection and ToCollection for Collection? They'd be defined as id but would provide a convenience for future functions that operate on FromCollection or ToCollection instances.

Putting this here to gather any input and as a reminder to revisit this in the future.

I'll have to check again, but Eq instances for Collection might benefit from relaxing the ordering check on cItems. Currently, in collection-server I'm hitting an issue where two collections should be equal but are not due to the cItems being in a different order, and I'm trying to decide if I need to fix the issue here or there.
