Instructions partially exist on their Github Pages branch, but still no link to the actual Tar file. http://altbeacon.github.io/android-beacon-library/configure

Thanks for the link, maybe I should just bite the bullet and move to Android Studio, but I'd rather be coding than configuring another IDE. ;)
