Every pull request can theoretically be processed independently. But we run all of them sequentially, consuming a lot longer than required.

Since there is no pagination, all the repositories are not processed.

Furthermore, the repositories are not fetched in any order of importance. So the most outdated and useless repositories are only processed when the number of repositories is large in a workspace.

Currently, the report is only published as print messages, which is not the best way to consume the information that is extracted by the script.

We would ideally want the pull requests in all the repositories to be processed in the background, while a progress bar is shown on the command line.

Every developer in a company might not be interested in knowing the coverage scores of every other repository in their workspace.
They should be able to choose which repositories do they want to process.

When fetching repositories and workspaces, the API call should query for the more recently active repositories and workspaces first.
