Is it possible to make OpenCV available in F-Droid?

The error 'cannot resolve symbol variable styleable' occuring in both CameraBrigeViewBase.Java and CameraGLSurfaceView.Java

I am trying to add the gradle dependency but it show the error
ERROR: Failed to resolve: com.github.ctodobom:OpenCV-3.1.0-Android:-SNAPSHOT
my target sdk is targetSdkVersion 29
and classpath 'com.android.tools.build:gradle:3.5.0'
