[Suggestion] Support IP2Location LITE database in Atlas

Altas is an interesting IP geolocation project.

I would like to introduce you to our free IP2Location LITE databases, which you can use as an alternate data source for IP geolocation lookup in Atlas. We also offer free IP2Proxy LITE databases which can provide open proxy detection.

For implementation, you can find the IP2Location Rust crate on https://crates.io/crates/ip2location .
