Port to mbedtls 3+

We will sacrifice ~200KB for much better networking flexibility. We plan to offer netless build which will provide much smaller footprint.

Replace libcurl with CoreHTTP

• coreHTTP lua bindings
• coreHTTP transports for linux, macos and windows
• intergrate coreHTTP into eli.net

Current build is built uses first build of eli, which lacks most of currently available API ...

Write tests for all eli.* API

It may be reasonable to further reduce size by compressing embedded lua sources and certificates.

(To script properly it requires lua side compress_string/decompress_string => zlib bindings)
