In the PictoGlyph identicon, the bear glyph has some visibility issues at small sizes.

In the generate.php script, if a hash not previously generated is requested multiple times in rapid succession, sometimes a broken SVG is sent to the client. This does not happen when only requested once or when it has already been written to file.

I believe what is happening is one request starts to write the file causing the file to exist so the next request tries to read it but before it is finished being written.

I might have a solution, but for present I'm doing nothing, just noting the issue here so I do not forget to address it.
