Does it work with H19.5 in python 3.9?

I noticed HCheckBox's value is set to nothing at all despite being the state unticked - so it requires ticking and unticking to finally yield 0 when calling isChecked(). Note unticked corresponds with 0, and ticked corresponds with 1.

I assume this behavior isn't intended? I can attest that it's most definitely is helpful to have it set to 0 from the get go (and no doubt goes along with coding principles).
