Allow localEntryPoint mount node to be customized.

Currently, the script tag is injected right before the end of the body. Let's make this customizable, in case anyone wants to mount it to another element.

Please give me clearer error when I don't set remoteUrl

Dear Alejandro, I am getting ALL OF THESE ERRORS because I was not setting a removeUrl.
