Pascal lexer is not detected on file AA.BB.pas about cudatext HOT 8 CLOSED

yes, on OPENING a file - lexer is detected.

on opening a file from SAVED SESSION (seems it is your case) - lexer is not detected.

so delete old session - file 'settings/history session.json'. or set pas-lexer for files , by statusbar click.

I did not reproduce this, with Pascal lexer. Show your steps on clean Cud (after you installed Pascal lexer).

1. do you have special settings for Pascal in user.json (lexer detection)?
   if yes, show them.

2. again, on CLEAN Cud, install pascal lexer + restart app + open AA.BB.pas -> what now?

Note that opening of aa.bb.pas may remember old lexer None in history file , so try to delete settings/history*.
