"New file" button is missing with 1.215.5.0 about cudatext HOT 4 CLOSED

• change: toolbar: don't add 'New' button, because ui-tabs '+' does the same

Thanks for the quick reply. I couldn't find a hint in the history, so asking here - sorry.

Regarding simpler ui: I know the ui-tabs '+', but a) on a big screen the '+' is sometimes quite away on the right hand side and b) the "New file" also had an option to simply select a template for a new file.

for a) user can adjust "ui_tab_button_layout" and place "+" additional button on the left. solution?

for b) I was angry when this button was getting in my way too often. drop down near it - too. 'new from template' can still be called from 'File' top menu.
