Move on to a SQLite3 database and create global and local (server-side) responses for DoppelBot.
Users can create and delete only their own responses.
Server administrators must be allowed to manage all server responses.
Developers can manage both server-side and global responses.

Commands like d!spell are staying global.

The newer q branch needs to have measures against Discord's enforcement of slash commands and other interactions.

Switching tracks could use some optimization, for example preloading the next track 30 seconds before the current one ends, or immediately if it's shorter.

I want the users to be able to create custom responses on the new version.
I also want to be able to fire them via a text trigger or on a special date.

I decided to open this issue after our talk in the DMs, i feel it might be time to deprecate some of the features that Doppelbot has, since i feel that DoppelBot's main focus has become the music feature, so, here's a formalization of the Proposal:

Deprecate the following features (due to not being used often):
d!doppel, and other stuff related to it, as well as the daily doppel stuff and party stuff.
