Missing test/index.html which is referenced in readme
The readme says
The test directory uses
jasmine, which is run using phantomJS
in the console, but can also be ran by launching the server
grunt previewand going tolocalhost:8000/test/index.html.
There's no file test/index.html, so predictably when I point my browser at that url, it says
Cannot GET /test/index.html
Testing specs generates Error: scripterror:
