Scoreboard and vulnbox flag exchange service (./flag)

A binary when executed will submit to the server the src_ip and local_ip to the scoreboard for attacker/victim relationship. Once confirmed, will then received the flag for the vulnerable service from the scoreboard.

Vulnerable service checker

The checker must be able to report the status of the vulnerable services available. If any of it is reported to be offline either by SIGKILL or SIGHUP, the points will be deducted in every interval.
