This is not necessarily an issue. The thing was that I found the script
being great to experiment with. But... I wanted to keep the quality as high
as possible and I did not like that even in the "huge" mode, my audio was
reduced to 2 channels.

I have a Sony HDR-SR7 which records in 1440x1080i with 5.1 AC3 audio. The
patch adds a new mode derived from "huge" - namely "real". Here are the
differences:
- The output size is the same with the input size. I think that this will
save on the size of the resulting file, but needs the aspect line to be
added. Maybe an extra parameter for this aspect should be added for better
clarity in the script.
- The output is muxed as matroska not as mov - I had some trouble with my
5.1 sound always defaulting to 2.0, but maybe it would be possible also
with mov...
- The sound track is directly copied. I wanted to keep it 5.1 and besides I
liked it more if I kept the non-modified original sound in.


The patch is attached.

Any ideas if also a video copy without re-encoding would work? The quality
is very good, but I would sleep better if it would be best that I could get
;-).
