When I trying to apply this in my little Pj, I tried to custom the selectedItem's backgroundColor.
But I have no idea how to work it out.

Thanks for your awesome repo.

I need to use this repo. to support Dark Mode. I tried to use it with AnimatedTabBarAppearance.shared but it is not working.

I also tried, Custom Behaviors as following:

NotificationCenter.default.addObserver(self, selector: #selector(updateTabBarItem), name:NSNotification.Name(rawValue: "ThemeUpdateNotification"), object: nil)

@objc func updateTabBarItem() {

        if UserDefaultsManager.shared.isNightMode {
            AnimatedTabBarAppearance.shared.backgroundColor = .red

        } else {
            AnimatedTabBarAppearance.shared.backgroundColor = .white
        }
 }

Can you please tell me how to do it?

When I run the pod install command from the Example folder I get the following error:

[!] The plist file at path `/Users/.../AnimatedTabBar-master/Example/AnimatedTabBar.xcodeproj/project.pbxproj` doesn't exist.
