Add angel mode

A supportive mode that don't insults the user, but supports the user

Should use calming tone, and provide help and suggestion to write code

~/.config/fish/conf.d/insulter.fish (line 80): $(...) is not supported. In fish, please use '(random)'.

I am getting this error after installing

fisher install version 4.4.4
