1、这个程序好像是个空壳，只有界面部分，没有功能性的代码
2、实际操作可以到选择MET气象文件，选择后没有任何反应
3、您有没有ARCON96已经编译好的原版程序，含有arconvb界面的原版，我试了一圈，没有能够好用的，自己编译出来的也没法使用。
4、有的话跪求大神发我一份[email protected]
