The version of Modernizr I'm using (components-modernizr#2.8.3) is a little dated. Additionally, there's support for detecting the <details> and <summary> elements in the latest v3.x releases. I opened an issue on components/modernizr, but I may need to implement a gulp task to build Modernizr with the API.

The <details> and <summary> elements are not well-supported yet (see Browser Compatibility for <details> and Browser Compatibility for <summary> in the MDN). I'd like to replace the currently-implemented accordion with these more semantic elements by supplying a polyfill and some feature detection with Modernizr.
