• Make sure that the proxy is being applied: create a sample bot which should go to https://whatismyipaddress.com/ and check if the IP address shown is equal to the proxy IP.

Example command:
./manage.py run_outlook_account_creator --applicant_id=1
Thus, the module should be called run_outlook_account_creator.py
The command should call a bot which should live in bots/outlook_account_creator.py

1. run selenium bot which should take applicant id

4. enter applicant's data (use fixtures for now) to outlook form
5. go up to the moment when outlook asks to solve

1. Before filling payment form, get next card data to be used from backend.
2. After filling payment form, create Queue with applicant_id and card_id.
