Initially there is problem with version of the package.The package.xml has 1.3.0 where as the jar is of 1.3.1,because of which the plugin did not loaded.
So,i have pulled the code from the repository and generated the jar file after modifying the package to 1.3.1.
The plugin has loaded successfully after copying to GoCD plugin folder,but i don't see any task related to MS Build.

Can you help to resolve the problem or upload a latest jar file

Great work putting this together! I've been waiting for a MSBuild plugin to surface.

Would you say this works and is ready to use?
If so, can you publish a packaged file that can be dropped into the plugins folder?
