A more spread out page design with more options for the user.

This could move to a permanent sidebar on the dashboard if we do not need a separate page.

Describe the bug
The footer on multiple pages does not stick to the bottom of the page. Instead, it keeps itself at the end of the table whose height is variable

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login
2. Click on Booked Ticket History
3. Footer on a floating position midway of the page
4. Go back
5. View Bus Schedule
6. Footer at bottom of the page due to increased page size

Expected behavior
Footer stays at the bottom of the page no matter the size/content of the page

Install instructions have been added only for WAMP since I used it to set up the project.

Would be glad if someone could add instructions for MAMP setup since a lot of contributors asked for the same.

Describe the bug
Can't login or create a user. Fails wirh the error: Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function fetch_assoc() on boolean in C:\wamp64\www\BusKaro\index.php on line 154

1. Start WAMP
2. Go to localhost/buskaro
3. Try to login or register
4. Notice error on the bottom of the website

Describe the bug
A copyright symbol has been mistakenly put in the footer despite the open-source nature of the project

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Dashboard/any other page
2. Scroll down to the footer

Expected behavior
There should ideally be a copyleft symbol instead of the copyright

Describe the bug
The size of the page for different functions on the website like the Booked Ticket History, Weekly Schedule, etc. depend upon the content on the page

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login
2. Click on Booked Ticket History
3. Page Length is very small
4. Go back
5. Click on Book Tickets
6. Page Size increases due to the size of the content

Expected behavior
Ideally, for a web-app like BusKaro, page length should remain constant and elements such as the table that has variable length should be placed inside of a scrollable element

Additional context
As bus services scale, page length depending on the size of the table will lead to problems in UX. A scrollable element is necessary.
