Currently there is a problem with synchronizing character saves between dungeon master mode and campaign mode.
There is an available work-around: simply click the unload button once you're finished with any changes before continuing in campaign mode.
This applies to anything that alters a character: the editor, spellbook and inventory.
It's best therefore to limit direct interference to the moment when a turn ends and you see the initiative rolls so as to prevent interfering with game-flow mid turn.

The scroll of resurrection should be updated to follow the DnD rules about ressurections:

1. Reduce character constitution when used
2. Check the character's res-survive before running and only succeed if the character makes it.

It would appear that on-use items without multiple rounds do not always correctly lose charges when used. This may well be an issue with the update of the item into the inventory, it may also be closely related to the problem specified in issue #1

Currently the scroll of resurrection will show a warning if used on a character who isn't dead but nonetheless continue. This is problematic as it means the scroll could effectively be used as a superweapon to reduce any enemy to 1 hitpoint.
The scroll snippets should be altered so that the onfinish does NOT alter the character's health if the character is not AT zero.
