Error: ESOCKETTIMEDOUT

Hola,

cada cierto tiempo la librería me arroja el siguiente error, nose si me falta alguna configuración especial, sin embargo revise el código fuente y no vi opciones adicionales a setear fuera de la api key y el secreto.

Por lo que entiendo el error lo arroja bluebird.

¿Tienen alguna acotación para resolver este problema?
